About the Event
The Peoples Climate Assembly presents a special free screening of the movie 2040 followed by a discussion and a meet and greet session with some of our coalition - climate groups active in the ACT and nationally.
Get in quick as places are limited! You must RSVP to secure your spot.
What is it about?
Optimism: Be inspired by 2040’s vision of a green, clean and prosperous future that is possible now, a future the PCA members are fighting for.
Action: Join us after the movie for a chat and learn how you can take your first step (or another step) towards becoming more active and standing up for a better future, the future we all deserve.
How does it work?
Part 1. 2040 Screening Grab the popcorn and watch by yourself, with friends or the whole family, you will be sent a link a few days prior to the event and can also watch anytime in a 72 hour window.
Time: 7:00pm – 8:30pm (or anytime in lead up to this screening time) Where: Online Screening – RSVP the gain access
Part 2. Discussion + meet & greet with PCA members The screening will be followed by an online Q&A session with PCA members including:
- Quick intro to each organisation
- Q&A session
- Film discussion
Time: 8:45 – 9:30pm Where: Online with Zoom – RSVP to be sent the meeting link

- This event is free, but spaces are limited, so get in quick!
- If you would like to make a donation to support the PCA, you can select a ticket option to help us cover costs or cover costs + a small donation, it is totally up to you.
- If you can’t make the session time, the movie link will be sent to you and available to watch for 72 hours prior to Sunday night.
